ABI announced a number of directorate changes as the Company seeks to streamline the board
moving into 2010.  Raymond Akers, Jr. PhD, founder of the Company, named Chairman of the Board.

15 DEC 2009  ABI Obtains GSA Contract

ABI has obtained a United States Government Service Administration (GSA) Schedule contract (the "Contract"). The Contract, number GS-07F-0140W, applies to a variety of the Company's single-use assays including the PIFA® Heparin/PF4 Rapid Assay, BreathScan® breath alcohol detectors and the custom BreathScan® keychain unit which is currently in use by the US Military as part of their Personally Owned Vehicle (POV) Safety Program.
